When applied, the unavailable classification may have numerous repercussions in relation to collaborative engagement or exchange activity and registered contracts, particularly in consideration of adherence with formally entered timelines, delivery deadlines and other such set contractual responsibilities or requirements.

To the fullest extents permissible by law NEST® accepts no liability for any actual, claimed or perceived loss as could result from a member / user’s unavailable classification.
